Diamond’s Bistro and Gaming
Hand-patted burgers, in-house smoked pulled pork, and hand-cut fries downtown — with pool, darts, and gaming upstairs. Locally owned, open daily to 1 a.m.
Good Eats, Cold Drinks, and Every Game On
One of downtown’s newest locally owned spots, Diamond’s Bistro and Gaming opened on State Street in 2025 and quickly earned a food reputation that stands on its own: hand-patted burgers, hand-cut fries, in-house smoked pulled pork, rib tips, wings, pizzas, wraps, salads, and pastas — all made to order, in a relaxed, family-friendly room. The house-made ranch has its own following; you can even take a bottle home.
Upstairs and After Hours The full bar pours craft beers, cocktails, and buckets of cold ones, with every game on the screens — and upstairs holds the real surprise: pool tables, dart boards, slots, and a TouchTunes box, with gaming on both floors. Weekend events keep the calendar busy.
